Seven Star Development, Communication and ICT consultants Ltd seeks to recruit Development and ICT consultants for an anticipated project activity in Democratic Republic of Congo and Ghana.

Profile of key expert (DRC):

A Master's degree in the following fields:

- Computer science, ICT, engineering or related fields.

- Social research, statistics, labour economics, educational assessment.

- Public policy.

• At least ten (10) years of professional experience in conducting research related to science and technology education, employability/work skills, labour market surveys, etc.
• Familiarity with development policies, labour policies, skills development initiatives, technology and digital economic policy will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of vocational and technical education programmes, curricula and 16 technical platforms, including e-learning authoring tools, multimedia applications, web and virtual classroom technologies, mobile applications and social media tools relevant to supporting technology-enabled learning
• Strong research skills.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in conducting at least 2 similar assignments in any of the thematic areas for an international Organization, Donors funded project or public / private entity

Profile of Key Expert (Ghana)

• Possess at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field:

- Computer science, ICT and Engineering..

- Innovation and Technology Management

- Education (Digital and Social Change)

- Social Science research, statistics, labour economics, educational assessment.

- Public policy Management.

- Business administration (relevant courses specific to the thematic area)

• Demonstrate minimum of ten (10) years’ experiences in the relevant thematic area, having conducted at least 1 similar assignment in the relevant thematic areas.
• Demonstrate relevant experience of executing similar consultancy assignments for international development agencies.
• Demonstrate at least 1 relevant regional (West Africa) work experience in conducting a similar assignment in the relevant thematic areas
