Tearfund in the Democratic Republic of Congo is looking for an experienced senior professional to lead and lead our Finance & Accounting team in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) programme.

Tearfund's 3 corporate priorities, Church and Community Transformation, Economic and Environmental Sustainability, and Fragile States are all included in the complex DRC programme, and implemented through Tearfund's own operational team as well as through a range of partnerships with local and national NGO's, churches and networks. Funding currently is around £10 million, with a wide donor base including institutional donors such as USAID/OFDA, DFID, BuZa, UN etc, with a multi cultural team of about 200 national and international staff.

As a strong manager, you will have substantial senior experience in financial management and proven experience with institutional donors along with a successful record of developing financial systems and capacity building of staff.
