Position Description:
FHI 360 is seeking qualified Monitoring & Evaluation Director candidates for an anticipated USAID project to focus on increasing the quality of basic education in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Director will provide technical leadership to capture program intervention activities and results, ensure high-quality, timely, valid and verifiable data collection and analysis, and develop and implement a learning agenda to inform policy makers and other stakeholders of the lessons learned. This individual shall be responsible for the knowledge management aspect of the project. The M&E Director will provide technical guidance by designing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. This includes establishing key components of the M&E system including indicator definition and target setting, data collection, analysis, and reporting on all output and outcome indicators for the program.
This position is contingent upon receipt of donor funding and will be based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
