* Requires a good understanding of procedures, categories and ways of working within SCM, including stakeholder mapping, category strategy and tools;
* Primarily responsible for data gathering, analysis of customer requirements and supporting the tender process;
* Supports overall governance of demand management, to ensure the quality of end to end demand management process for the market;
* Assists the supplier performance and commercial contract management framework to improve delivery and local enterprise bid support;
* Uses judgement based on analysis of factual information and is expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience;
* May provide informal guidance to junior staff and co-ordinate the work of others;
* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
